What is a scoop?

A scoop is a fun surprise experience! Each scoop contains multiple beads, and every bead holds an item. You never know exactly what you'll get, but everything inside is carefully selected, cute,  and worth more than the scoop itself. 

Can I choose specific items?

Scoops are meant to be surprises. However, you may request color themes or preferences based upon availability (not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate). Just add a note upon checkout which you prefer, or send us an email within 24 hours upon purchase. 

When will my package be shipped?

Our current order processing time is 1-7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive confirmation with tracking information. 

For customers who purchased the video-packing add-on service, the order processing time can be extended by an additional 3-5 business days. After your package has been shipped, videos will be posted 1-3 days later. 

Why didn't I get an automatic email after placing my order?

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly. You can also check your spam or junk folder in case our email was filtered. If in any case you don't find it, kindly send us an email about your order. Our email is lunellecorner@gmail.com or you can send us a message through our Contact page. 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the mystery nature of scoops, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at lunellecorner@gmail.com. Don't forget to add your order number. We will proceed accordingly.
