Refund policy
Because our shop is based on a mystery scoop concept, all items are selected at random. This means that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for items received, including duplicates or items that may not match your personal preference.
However, we always want you to have a good experience with us! If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly review your case and offer a suitable resolution where applicable.
Just a note, we are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Minor imperfections that do not affect the use of the item
