Still-video

• See your items after the scoop
• Clean + aesthetic final view 
• You will not see the scooping process
• Best if you just want to see the final result

Scoop-Around video

• Watch your scoop happen in real time
• Shows the full scooping process
• You will see how your items were picked
• More detailed + interactive 

Our current order processing time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information. 

For customers who purchased the video-packing add-on service, the order processing time can be extended by an additional 3-5 business days. After your package has been shipped, videos will be posted 1-3 days later.
